That is a successful rotation before fees, slippage, taxes, and the cost of maintaining the stablecoin position. It is also a tempting headline. Traders want to call it accumulation. Commentators want to call it a bottom. Neither conclusion is supported by one address and one transaction sequence.
The observable fact is that a large wallet changed its exposure after a major repricing. The unobservable facts are more important. We do not know the wallet controller, the original theft, the full execution path, the exact average price, or whether the address intends to hold, distribute, or sell again. I watched the ape sell; the code still audits. The chain records movement. It does not record motive.
